Nproc brings documents, tasks, timelines, and issues into one shared space, so people can engage with the work and with each other - with AI on hand to support their collaboration.
Early on, we tried the opposite. We built AI directly into Nproc - our own chat, a vector database for search across a workspace, an in-product agent, even models we fine-tuned with LoRA - and tested it during development using our own company data. We never used customer content, then or now. It worked, but that path leans on gathering your content into the AI, and we decided it was the wrong trade. Privacy-first mattered more.
So we changed course to MCP, and put the choice of whether and how to use AI back in your hands. Nproc is MCP-native - your AI can search, read, and help create in the same space you do.
And your work stays yours. We built Nproc to be a workspace we would trust with our own work - so that you, and we ourselves, can use it with peace of mind. That is why, by design, we don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or train AI models on your content. Compute, storage, and logs all run on cloud services from Cloudflare, Inc., and our monitoring is built and run in-house.
